CRYO FIT ASIA SDN BHD, Plaza Arcadia, E-2-12, Desa ParkCity, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("ReGen", "we", "us") operates the ReGen health & fitness coaching platform. We are the data controller for your personal data. Contact our privacy team at privacy@regen.cryofit.asia.
Account data (name, email, phone, country); health & fitness data you provide (weight, body measurements, nutrition/meal logs, training logs, recovery, sleep, fasting, mindset check-ins, progress photos, goals); usage data and device/technical data; and payment data processed by our payment provider.
We process your data to provide personalized coaching and run your account (performance of contract); for health & fitness data, on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a); Malaysia PDPA sensitive personal data consent); for service improvement and security (legitimate interests); and for marketing only where you have opted in (consent).
Your health and fitness information is sensitive/special-category data. We only process it with your explicit consent, which you give at sign-up and can withdraw at any time in Privacy & Security → Manage Consent. Withdrawing this consent may prevent us from providing personalized coaching.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. On deletion we erase your personal data promptly; limited records (e.g. transaction/billing records) may be retained where required by law, and analytics may be retained in anonymized form. See the Data Retention page.
We use cloud and AI service providers that may process data outside your country (including the EU, US and Asia). Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cloud hosting & storage (Google Cloud / Firebase and our managed infrastructure); AI processing (OpenAI) to power Coach JP features; email delivery (Resend); payments (HitPay); nutrition data (FatSecret). Each processes data only to deliver its function. We never sell your personal data. See the Data Sharing page.
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, withdraw consent, and manage marketing/notification preferences directly in the app (Privacy & Security). EU users also have rights to restriction, objection and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Malaysia users have rights under the PDPA.
Our marketing website may use essential and analytics cookies. You can manage preferences via the cookie banner. The app itself uses only necessary storage to keep you signed in.
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; we work continuously to protect your data.
We only send marketing if you opt in, and you can opt out any time in Manage Consent or via the unsubscribe link in emails.

ReGen is intended for users aged 18 and over (or with verified parental/guardian consent where permitted).
